We can give excellent front-end customer service to our customers’ thanks to the retail management system iVend Retail, which also provides us with the tools and data we need to efficiently run our business in the back office. We became the first pharmacy chain in Egypt to inform pharmacists about the 360-degree perspective of customers now that we have access to information about customer loyalty and promotions. Compared to our previous POS system, iVend Retail is much simpler to use and requires very little manpower to administer.
