Please take note of the following important update regarding iVend 6.6 and support for legacy versions of iVend Retail.
We have traditionally supported 2 versions of iVend Retail, however considering the current retail climate we will only continue to support legacy versions of iVend Retail through August 31, 2020. From September 1, 2020 on we will only support iVend 6.6 and cease support to legacy versions.
There are a number of reasons why this decision has been made. Primarily, given the current retail climate this will be the most opportune time for customers using previous versions to upgrade their application landscape to the latest version of iVend Retail and be in a state of readiness as business returns to normal.
Upgrading to iVend 6.6
iVend 6.6 is a technically superior retail application than its predecessors and ensures a real-time view of retail operations. As a new, more cautious way of life emerges it is becoming imperative to deploy contactless customer service and delivery of goods. iVend 6.6 through its iVend for Magento eCommerce connector and mobile applications like mPOS and iVend Handheld will enable retailers to better serve customers while keeping staff safe.
