In our fourth annual survey of over 2700 people worldwide, we set out to measure current shopping habits and behaviours and we found some provocative insights that retailers in every region should know.

Research Highlights

  • Shoppers are more loyal – 10% MORE shoppers say loyalty programs determine where they shop

  • Ordering online and picking up in store is booming – The survey shows a 30% INCREASE in click and collect usage

  • Consumers want your store associates armed with mobile devices – 31.4% MORE of shoppers look for a sales associate with a mobile handheld device
