In 2019, the company’s net sales had exceeded 3 billion RMB, and had served over 300 million customers. In 2020, profit and overseas expansion rose even during pandemic; and they had over 1,100 stores in China and abroad. MUMUSO had served 2.8 billion customers as of December, 2020.

What we noticed when we starting using iVend Retail, is that it’s very reliable with minimal downtime and support is rarely required. We can also accurately manage our deliveries and returns because it allows us to upload chunks of data rather than encoding each one individually. Store sales are updated in real time and synchronised to the head office server automatically, allowing us to generate reports whenever we need them. We will be taking advantage of iVend Retail’s out-of-the box ability to integrate with third party solutions in the future. This will minimise all human intervention required to manage all aspects of inventory management.
