Supported by an innovative parent company, COLDWEAR has fast become a leader in the retail sector in Southeast Asia with 13 stores in Singapore and Indonesia. Keenly attuned to the growth of the digital retail market, COLDWEAR launched their online store in 2015 to complement their brick-and-mortar efforts and to reach new customers across Asia. With future plans to expand their retail footprint in Singapore, Indonesia, as well as other Asian countries, COLDWEAR has selected iVend Retail delivered on Cloud for management of its retail operations.
With a primary need for platform flexibility and integration to their existing ERP and eCommerce platforms, iVend Cloud proved to be an excellent match. The system addresses their operational needs for Point of Sale, Customer Loyalty Programming, and provides remote head-office visibility into enterprise-wide operations.
