We offer four levels of Channel Partnership for our VAR and VAR Developers, so that you can become a solution area expert at the level that best matches your business model.
Certified Partners are responsible for the management of the entire sales process for iVend Retail. This includes lead generation, lead qualification, arranging software demonstrations and assisting prospects through the sales cycle. A partner with the base certified entry level status is required to undertake the implementations of iVend Retail.
Certified Gold Partners are required to maintain a high level of commitment to CitiXsys. At this level partners manage the complete sales process cycle and engage directly with an opportunity. A Certified Gold Partner has to commit to a minimum sales level and must also maintain the iVend Retail certified professional status for Pre-sales, Sales, Implementation and Support. Certified Gold Partners are expected to independently manage training for end users and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for iVend Retail.
At this level of partnership, Certified Platinum Partners create a business model around iVend Retail. Partners at this level are expected to commit to achieving the highest level of sales and must maintain iVend Retail certified professional status for Pre-sales, Sales, Implementation and Support for their entire team that are engaged in providing services and solutions for iVend Retail. Certified Platinum Partners are expected to independently manage implementations, training for end users and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for iVend Retail.
At this highest level of partnership, Strategic Partners create a business model around iVend Retail. These partners are identified by their commitment to iVend Retail by continuous investment in resources and marketing but in particular having a focus on Global and Enterprise class retailers. Along with a dedicated Partner Development Director, they have direct access to a core team of multi discipline business enablers regionally as well as centrally and enjoy highest levels of discount.
