We offer three levels of Channel Partnerships for our business partners, so that you can become a solution area expert at the level that best matches your business model.
At this highest level of partnership, Platinum Partners create a business model around iVend Retail. These partners are identified by their commitment to iVend Retail by continuous investment in resources and marketing but in particular having a focus on Global and Enterprise class retailers. iVend Retail certified professional status for Pre-sales, Sales, Implementation, Support and Development is a requirement to maintain this level. Platinum Partners are expected to independently manage training and project implementions for end users and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for iVend Retail. Along with utilising the technology iVend Retail is developed on to extend the core solution to service niche micro verticals and industries in retail.
Gold Partners are required to maintain a high level of commitment to CitiXsys. At this level partners manage the complete sales process cycle and engage directly with an opportunity. A Certified Gold Partner has to commit to a minimum annual revenue sales level and must also maintain the iVend Retail certified professional status for Sales, Pre-sales, Implementation and Support. Gold Partners are expected to independently manage training for end users and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for iVend Retail.
Sales Partners are essentially referral agents who hand over to the iVend Retail regional Sales team the management of the entire sales process for iVend Retail. This includes lead qualification, initial discovery, product software demonstrations and assisting prospects through each phase of the sales cycle right through to close. A Gold or Platinum Partner may be required to undertake the implementations of iVend Retail. There is no requirement on revenue or training and certification to remain an active Sales Partner. However, should business circumstances change, there is scope to work towards Gold Partner status and take advantage of the revenue opportunity the iVend Retail partnership can bring to the business.
