Training SupportOur comment to training our channel partners on product implementation and support enables them to offer better services to their retail customers on our industry-leading products and services. Initial enablement and training programs are available online or via in-person sessions delivered by a global team of retail specialists. We also offer ongoing monthly training for our channel partners to enhance their knowledge of iVend Retail.
Sales SupportSales support for channel partners is available throughout the sales cycle – from joint selling and demonstrations to opportunity registration and upgrade opportunities. Dedicated support from our Channel Sales Managers includes initial training on sales collateral, product positioning, and use of the iVend eStore for placing orders, in addition to regular touch points for the review of ongoing sales opportunities.
Product SupportWe provide full Level 3 Support 24/7 via our online portal for channel partners who have their customers under Software Assurance. Our support system allows for the continuous monitoring of all cases escalated by a channel partner. Level 1 and Level 2 support issues are managed by channel partners. In addition to this, specialised support packages are available through our Support365 services to further enhance the customer’s experience with iVend Retail.
Marketing SupportOur marketing support is designed as an additional resource to support external marketing campaigns and/or sales initiatives. Co-marketing programs generate demand, benefit both parties, and offer a greater return on marketing investment than what each company could achieve independently. Marketing support includes access to resources for your website, packaged campaigns, product collateral, and receipt of lead distribution and Market Development Funds determined by Partner Level.

Market Development Funds

A key component of growth is strategic and effective marketing. Gold and Platinum Partners receive a share of our MDF (Marketing Development Fund) calculated as a percentage of net revenues to CitiXsys upon achievement of jointly agreed targets as defined in the business plan. Funds are proposal based, not accrued and can be used for a variety of activities not limited to database acquisition, webinars, seminars, trade shows, direct mail, customer testimonials, telemarketing and other campaigns.

CertificationCertification programs enable partner sales and implementation teams to better understand the features and functionalities of the application suite. Valid certification is required for maintaining discount levels and certifying additional consultants may improve your earning ability. In addition to maintaining valid certifications, staying current with your knowledge of our growing solution portfolio enables you to provide your retail clients with successful implementations and build business relationships over time.

Channel Partner Categories

Sales Partners

Sales Partners are essentially referral agents who hand over to the iVend Retail regional Sales team the management of the entire sales process for iVend Retail. This includes lead qualification, initial discovery, product software demonstrations and assisting prospects through each phase of the sales cycle right through to close. There is no requirement on revenue, training or certification to remain an active Sales Partner.

Gold Partners

Gold Partners are rewarded by maintaining a high level of commitment to CitiXsys. At this level, partners manage the complete sales cycle and engage directly with an opportunity. A Gold Partner has to commit to a minimum annual sales revenue sales and must also maintain the iVend Retail certified professional status for Sales, Pre-sales, Implementation and Support roles. Gold Partners are expected to independently manage training for end-users and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for iVend Retail customers.

Platinum Partners

This category of partner is essentially a technology specialist that can manage the entire process of delivering iVend Retail successfully to a Retailer, and can also extend the iVend Retail platform by developing modules using iVend APIs or Extensibility. Certification requirements are as per the Platinum Partner category, wherein addition to the other certification requirements the Developer Certification is also required.
