
Combined Support Portal & Knowledge Base for iVend Retail Customers & Partners
With a continued focus on supporting our Customers & Channel Partners, we are pleased to announce the launch of the iVend Service Portal, combining the former CitiXsys Knowledge Portal with our Support Portal.
This new platform with added functionality will not only help us manage our partners and business better, but it will also make it easier for you to remain productive, reduce downtime and receive fast resolutions to every iVend Retail query.

How will I access the new Portal?
You should have already received an email from Support [at] ivend.com with the access URL. This was emailed to your email address currently on record on December 7, 2019. You can also click to Access Now.
How will I login?
You should have already received an email from Support [at] ivend.com with your unique username and password. This was emailed to your email address currently on record on December 7, 2019.
What happens to my existing support requests?
We’ve migrated all support requests from the last year, which will be visible to the respective accounts and users in the new portal.
How do I log a new support ticket?
The new portal is very easy to navigate and logging a new support ticket will be readily accessible from the homepage of the new portal.
