The user at the POS can convert the quotation items to sales.
Steps to Convert the Quotation to Sale
Once the quotation expiry date has passed, the POS user would not be able to recall the quotation to convert it to Sales or Order. A pop up message for Manager Override will be displayed. Manager has option to accept or reject the request. Click on Yes sends request to Manager to override and allow to use the expired quotation. Click on No will not allow the use of quotation. Once Manager Overrides, POS user will be able to use the expired quotation for sale or order.
If Manager Override is not configured message will state quotation expired with just an OK box to return to the previous screen.

Transaction Search Press F6 or click the F6 Transaction Search button to open the list Transaction Search screen and select the Quotation. Alternatively the user can enter the transaction id in the Scan Area section of the Transaction screen. After selecting the transaction click the OK button on the transaction search screen.

Transaction Details - Transaction Details screen will open, if the quotation is not already converted to Sale/Special Order then the Convert To Sale button on this screen would be enabled else the button will be disabled. Select the lines from the Transaction Details screen which are to be converted to special order and then click on the Convert To Sale button. If the quotation is expired then the user will see a confirmation message before proceeding. Pressing Yes button on the confirmation view will allow user to proceed.

The system will prompt the user to select the Serial/Batch details for the items which are serial/batch managed.
