Select [All, True & False] from the drop down, all for all member, True for those having Email address, False for those have not Email address

Mobile

Select [All, True & False] from the drop down, all for all member, True for those having Mobile number, False for those have not Mobile number.

Anniversary Date

Select [All, True & False] from the drop down, all for all member, True for those having Date of Anniversary, False for those have not date of Anniversary.

Date of Birth
