Filter type applied on calculated values and the data display by sorting order.

Number of Records

Put the numeric values and the basis of that values number of records will comes.

Show All Transaction

With the check on this check box report display all the transaction of loyalty customer, and If uncheck the check box,  only loyalty points Awarded transactions will displayed.
