The screen enables the user to assign attributes for the product.

1.Select the attribute from the left grid and then select the valid attribute details from the right grid for the selected attribute.

2.Repeat the step 1 for all the valid attributes for the product.

3.Click on the button "Item Matrix Code Setting " to define the settings to generate Id and Description for the Child Items of the product. Based on the selected attributes the screen will show the

4.Click on the OK button to save the settings for the product attributes.

Store Selection
Parent Item Code	Text Box	Displays the Item Code of the selected parent Product.
Parent Item Description	Text Box	Displays the description of the selected parent Product.
Use Space as Code Separator	Check Box	Allows user to specify space to be used as code separator.
Use Space as Description Separator	Check Box	Allows user to specify space to be used as description separator.
Item Code Separator	Text Box	Allows user to specify the the code separator .
Item Description Separator	Text Box	Allows user to specify the the description separator .
Item Code Abbreviation Length
Item Code Length	Text Box	Allows user to specify number of characters of the parent item code to be used to create the code of the child item.
Attribute(s) Code Length	Text Box	Allows user to specify number of characters of the Attribute detail code to be used to create the code of the child item. This field will repeat based on the number of Attributes selected for the product.
Item Code Abbreviation Order
Attribute(s) Code Order	Text Box	Allows user to define the order in which the code of the attributes to be used. The parent item code will always be the first in the order. This field will repeat based on the number of Attributes selected for the product.
Item Description Abbreviation Length
Item Description Length	Text Box	Allows user to specify number of characters of the parent item description to be used to create the description of the child item.
Attribute(s) Description Length	Text Box	Allows user to specify number of characters of the Attribute detail description to be used to create the description of the child item. This field will repeat based on the number of Attributes selected for the product
Item Description Abbreviation Order
Attribute(s) Description Order	Text Box	Allows user to define the order in which the description of the attributes to be used. The parent item description will always be the first in the order.
[Ok]	Button	This button updates changes to the database and closes the screen.
[Cancel]	Button	This button closes the screen.
