Grid

Displays the code of the product (s) for which the batch number(s) is to be selected.

Description

Grid

Displays the description of the product (s) for which the batch number(s) is to be created

Quantity Required

Grid

Displays the quantity of the product for which the batch number(s) is to be selected.

It displays the value entered in the “Quantity” field of the “Stock Transfer Shipment”/ “Goods Issue” Screen or the “Receivable Quantity in the “Stock Transfer Receipt” Screen.

Quantity Selected

Grid

Displays the quantity for which the batch number(s) is selected.

The value in the field is automatically updated as the batch number(s) is selected for the product.

Quantity Remaining

Grid

Displays the quantity for which the batch number(s) is to be selected.

The value in the field is calculated as (Quantity Required - Quantity Selected).

Available Batch

Batch Number

Displays the Batch Number(s) available for the selected line item in the “Products” Grid.

Available Quantity

Displays the quantity available in the particular batch number.

Selected Quantity

Enter the quantity to be selected from the particular batch number.

Selected Batch

Batch Number

Displays the Batch Number(s) selected to transfer the stock.

Selected Quantity

Displays the quantity selected to be transferred from the particular Batch Number.

Buttons

Button

The button enables to automatically transfer the “Quantity Required” from the “Available Batch” grid to the “Selected Batch” grid in the order the batch numbers are mentioned in the “Available Batch” grid.

The button enables the user to select the batch number(s) in the “Available Batch” grid from which the “Quantity Required”  is to be transferred to the “Selected Batch” grid

The user can enter the quantity to be transferred from the particular batch number in the “Selected Quantity” field of the “Available Batch” grid and click the button.s

The button enables the user to select the batch number in the “Selected Batch” grid from which the quantity is to be transferred back to the “Available Batch” grid.

The user needs to select the batch number in the “Selected Batch” grid and click the button.

The button enables to automatically transfer back the total quantity from the “Selected Batch” grid to the “Available Batch “grid.

On clicking the button the total quantity is transferred back to the respective batch number(s) in the “Available Grid”.

Ok

Button

The button updates changes to the database and closes the screen.

Cancel

Button

The button does not save any changes and closes the screen.
