User Code

Displays the code of the user logged in at the POS.

The Code is setup in the “Employee” (Human Resources→Employee) option of the Management Console.

POS Code

Displays the code of the POS to which the user is logged in.

The Code is setup in the “POS” (Retail Configuration→POS) option of the Management Console.

User Name

Text Box

Displays the full name of the user logged in at the POS.

The Name is setup in the “Employee” (Human Resources→Employee) option of the Management Console.

Store Code

Text Box

Displays the code of the store to which the POS is attached.

The Code is setup in the “Store” (Retail Configuration→Store) option of the Management Console.

Date

Text Box

Displays the calendar date.

Business Date

Text Box

Displays the business date. It is the system date, which gets updated when the user performs the End of Day activity in the “End of day”(Till Management → End of day)
