Setup the various states within the countries defined in the system.
To open the screen, choose Administration > System Initialization > State.

Enter the state code. It allows entering a unique code of maximum 20 alphanumeric characters.

Enter the state description. It allows entering a description of maximum 100 alphanumeric characters.

Country
|
Select a country from the list of countries. Click [...] to open the Country Search screen and select the country. To add a new country, press F3 or click on the [F3 New] button in the Country Search screen.

Accounting ID
|
This is a system generated unique key for each state that helps in integration of the State Code in iVend with the State Code in SAP Business One.

[OK]
|
The button updates changes to the database and closes the screen.
|
[Cancel]
|
The button closes the screen without saving any changes.
