Picking list

Picking List enables the easy identification of orders that require picking, and to reserve the stock by marking it as unavailable to sell once the order has been picked.

To open the screen, choose Operations > Business Transactions > Picking List

Picking List Search Criteria

Field	Description/Activity
Search Criteria
Code	Enter the code of transaction being searched.
Description	Enter the code description of transaction being searched.

Search Results
ID	ID of the picking being searched
Description	Description of the picking being searched
Picking Date	Picking Date of the picking being searched
Picker ID	ID of the picker for the transaction being searched.
Warehouse	Warehouse attached to the transaction being searched

Create Picking List
Fulfillment Plan	Select a fulfillment plan for the order.
No Promise Date	Select the check-box if no date is promised for the delivery of the order.
Paid and Ready for Picking	Select the check-box if order is paid and is ready for picking.
Exclude already Picked	select the check-box to exclude already picked order.
Customer ID	Select a customer id for the of the customer booking the order.
Filter Button	Filters the search result based on the section in the above General pane.
Transaction Information
Transaction ID	Is unique ID assigned to Transaction.
Customer ID	Customer ID is unique ID assigned to Transaction.
Customer Name	Name of the customer making the Transaction.
Store	Store where the transaction is executed.
POS	POS where the transaction is executed.
User	User performing the transaction on iVend POS.
Balance Amount	Balance amount of the Order.
Amount to collect	Amount to be collected for the Order.
Delivery Date	Delivery date of the order.
Select	Section check-box for selecting the transaction for picking.
Transaction Details
Product ID	ID of the product selected in transaction.
Quantity	Ordered quantity of the product in warehouse.
UOM ID	Unit of Measure ID of the product
Picking Quantity	Enter the quantity for Picking.
Picked Quantity	Information of Picked Quantity of the ordered product.
Picking Status	Picking Status can be "Marked for Picked" or "Picked" for the product
Select	Section button for selecting the ordered product for picking
Button
Select All	Selects all the Transaction and Products for Picking.
Pick	Picks the selected Transaction and Products.
OK	After Picking click Ok to save the Pick transaction.
Cancel	Cancel the picking transaction.
