User can enable Loyalty tab under Operations menu by checking the “Is Active” field for Loyalty Option at the below

To open the window, choose  Administration > System Initialization>Enterprise

Configuration for the Loyalty Program can be done from Loyalty menu under Operations tab.

The Loyalty menu has the following sub menus:

•Loyalty Setup

•Loyalty Special Days

•Loyalty Level

•Loyalty Plan

•Loyalty Notification

•Membership Group

•Loyalty Card

•Loyalty Adjustment Journal

•Loyalty Card Transfer

•PrePrinted Loyalty Card

Note:  Loyalty Card sub menu is available, when the  Registration Method field from Loyalty Setup sub menu is set to loyalty card.
