Loyalty Point Detail

This Loyalty Point Detail screen allows user to view the points awarded against the transactions and view the points and amount redeemed by the customer. Also know the expiry date of the points awarded. This button will be enabled only for the customers for whom Loyalty is enabled.

To open the screen, choose Operations > Business Partner > Customer >Loyalty point detail

Field	Description/Activity
Transaction Date	The Date on which Transaction was carried out by the customer.
Business Date	The Date on which till is closed for the transaction performed.
Store	The Store in which the transaction is performed.
Transaction Id	Transaction Id associated with the performed transaction.
Points Awarded	Points awarded against the transaction
Currency Awarded	Currency awarded against the accumulated points for transaction.
Points Redeemed	Points redeemed by the customer against the accumulated points for transactions.
Currency Redeemed	Currency redeemed against the accumulated points for transaction.
Expiry Date	Expiry date of the accumulated points.
Expired	Check-box displaying accumulated point against the transaction has expired or not.
