Introduction

 This feature allows user to design customer facing display which can have idle screen and feedback screen other than transaction screen. User can create                  multiple layout and attach it on different POS. Below are the details about features and functionality of customer facing display.

For easy understanding, this user manual is categorized in following sections:

• Customer Display Idle Screen

        This feature allows you to design idle screen which will be shown to the user on POS secondary display when POS is idle or Log out. User can use Media files, Flash files and Images tile or combination of these.

• Customer Display Transaction Screen

        This feature allows you to design transaction details screen which will be shown to the user on POS secondary display when transaction in progress. User can Hide/Show different information controls to show required information to customer like transaction details control, POS information control, customer information control etc.

• Customer Display Feedback Screen

         This feature allows you to design feedback screen which can have multiple question with there multiple options. User can create multi and single select both type of question for getting feedback from the customer.
