For most of the sub modules in Management Console, the search screen appears on selecting the sub module from the menu. Given below are the common fields in the search screen:

Displays the content in the search results grid. For the screen if no search criteria is specified and the Search button is clicked, all the rows for the relevant search screen are displayed in the search results grid.

The button deselects the selected row in the search results grid.

This button opens a new screen to define the content as per the option selected.

F4: Edit

The button opens a new screen to edit the content as per the option selected.

F5: Delete

The button deletes the content of the selected row in the search results grid. On clicking the delete button, the system prompts for the confirmation message.
User can select multiple rows and then delete all of them at one go. Either all rows would get deleted or none of them would get deleted.
The button is disabled for the search screen of the following sub modules:

•Shipping Type
•Warehouse
•Currency
•Product Group
•Manufacturer
•Price List
•Customer
•Customer Group
•Customer Catalog
•Vendor
•Special Price List

F6: Copy

The button copies the content of the selected row in the search results grid to the data setup screen.
