Address

 

 

Use

This feature enables to setup the address details. It enables to setup multiple billing and shipping address for a single customer/vendor/ user depending on from which screen it being called. For e.g., if this screen is opened from the customer screen, the address is being setup for the customer.

 

Search Screen

 

This feature helps in selecting the shipping and billing address for the customer/vendor. It enables to set an address as default and if the user wants he can create a new address.

Grid

Displays the details mentioned in the field ‘address 1’ of the address added.

City

Grid

Displays the name of the city of the address added.

State

Grid

Displays the name of the state of the address added.

Default

Grid

Indicator of whether the address is set as default or not.

Set Default

Button

This button enables to set the address as default. For an address to be set as default select its row in the grid and click on the ‘Set Default’ button.

Lookup

Displays the contact person for the address being setup. Click … to open the Contact screen and enter the contact details.

Address 1, Address 2, Address 3

Text Box

Enter the address(s) of the user.

City, Zip Code, County

Text Box

Specify the address details of the user.

Country, State

Lookup

Select the country and state to which the user belongs.

_img16The “State” field is enabled only after the user selects the country.

Phone No., Alternate Phone No., Fax No

Text Box

Specify the communication details of the user.

Purchase Tax Code

Lookup

Select a code from the list of tax codes available. Click … to open the Tax Code Search screen and select the code.

Separate tax codes for purchase and sales are required for countries like Australia and UK where input and output taxes are used. For other countries, the same tax code can be specified for both purchase and sale.

Sales Tax Code

Lookup

Select a code from the list of tax codes available. Click … to open the Tax Code Search screen and select the code.

Ok

Button

This button updates changes to the database and closes the screen.

Cancel

Button

This button does not save any changes and closes the screen.
