Customers demand connected retail experience

iVend Retail asked 1,000 North American consumers what they expect from omnichannel shopping experiences — everything from how they use smartphones to how happy they are with loyalty program consistency among channels.

The results are in, and we summarised them for retailers in our Great Omnichannel Expectations 2016-2017 Shopper Survey Report.
