iVend Retail POS – Store Manager Training
This training is for Store Manager and Administration personnel who require an in-depth functional understanding for configuring and administering iVend Retail Point of Sale (POS) software, including the Management Console, Administration, Financials, Inventory, Daily Operations, Terminal POS, Mobile POS, Loyalty and Digital Passes.
This course is designed with the Store Manager’s role in mind but also covers a range of Administrative tasks, therefore delving into the more technical aspects of the solution set. Store Manager and Administrative staff are expected to demonstrate how quickly and effectively they can handle administrative tasks, configure features and functions of the software that are relevant to the administration of the store and show that they have a good grasp on the operations of the store and POS as a whole.
iVend Retail POS – Cashier Training
This training is for Store Cashier and Sales personnel who require an in-depth functional understanding for using iVend Retail Point of Sale (POS) software, including Transactions, Customer Management, POS and Store Operations, plus Till Management and End of Day Processes, Mobile POS, POS Reporting, Loyalty and Digital Passes.
This course is designed with the Cashier’s role in mind. Cashier staff are expected to demonstrate how quickly and efficiently they can navigate around and operate the functions and features of the Point of Sale application.
