How it works:
- Connect with your customers regularly to assess satisfaction and invite them to tell their unique customer story
- After a customer has confirmed participation, fill out the form on this page with details on your organisation and the customer
- You will receive an email with links to our required list of questions and digital content
- Meet with your customer to complete the questionnaire, gather their feedback and a testimonial
- Submit the completed questionnaire, digital content and required logos to firstname.lastname@example.org
- In approximately one week, our marketing team will provide you with a high quality professionally designed case study
- Review the content with your customer submit written approval via email
- Once we receive approval via email, a $1,000 USD sales credit will be applied for future Order Payments for iVend Retail products
- We’ll begin using the content in our marketing programming and invite you to do the same!
