Procter & Gamble’s ex-head of technology joins iVend Retail’s European team

18 August, 2015 – Watlington, Oxfordshire, UK – Leading omnichannel retail solution provider, iVend Retail, today announced the appointment of Procter & Gamble’s (P&G) ex-head of technology, Raouf Balabaki, as its European Channel Services Director, and Simon Bohr, previously of Molton Brown, as Technical Director.

With over 12 years of consultancy experience in implementing technology and managing global projects for international brands and retailers, Raouf’s specialist expertise lies in the fashion and luxury retail sectors.  No stranger to executing high profile store launches across Europe and EMEA, Raouf has previously worked for Helly Hansen, The North Face and Beretta.  In his new role at iVend, Raouf will focus on consultancy and business support functions for its channel partners and their customers, as they continue to expand across Europe.

With 18 years of professional experience in solution architecture, application design, development and technical support in and around point of sale and retail systems, Simon previously headed up the EMEA and Americas technical application team for Molton Brown.  An expert in project scoping and other deliverables across the project lifecycle, as a Technical Director at iVend, Simon will support the company’s business partners in designing new implementations for the global and regional clients.
