New Scotts Valley office to support iVend Retail™ sales, marketing and product consulting
SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CitiXsys, a leading provider of omnichannel retail solutions, today announced it has opened a new West Coast office in Silicon Valley to accelerate the growth of its iVend Retail suite and provide enhanced support for channel partners and end customers in North America.
Based at the Enterprise Technology Center in Scotts Valley, the office is spearheaded by Mick Adamson, VP of North America for CitiXsys, who joined the company earlier this year, and has 27 years of professional experience in strategic planning, sales and services. The company is looking at adding staff to its Scotts Valley office to support the company’s regional sales, marketing and product consulting efforts.
The office will also provide support for retail system software resellers, as well as offer training and product support across the United States and Canada. The office allows CitiXsys to be more accessible for regional iVend Retail customer needs, and to work with other integrators and software developers, given the open API infrastructure of the solution.
