Maher leads the CitiXsys sales process in Middle East and Africa region and also covers the channel business for the EMEA region. He showcases iVend Retail Suite in and around the MENA region. Maher carries over 15 successful years in sales, marketing and segment business management. Having worked for top IT giants like Microsoft and HP in the past, Maher has been instrumental in deriving company targets, setting goals and expectations and, achieving business profitability.

Abdelrhman Fathy ElKady

Consulting Manager

Abdelrhman has over seven years of experience in retail technology and business consulting and is liaison between the Channel Sales Manager and CitiXsys’ Retail Partners. He is also instrumental in Partner Enablement, including delivery of product-related training on how to effectively implement and support CitiXsys products. Besides having strong retail domain knowledge, Abdelrhman understands the growing challenges facing retailers today and how technology can enable retailers to have sustainable profitability.

Shadi Al-Fraijat

Channel Sales Manager

A self-motivated & driven manager, with experience and knowledge on developing new and existing business, Shadi works with CitiXsys in the capacity of Channel Sales Manager taking care for the MENA region. Shadi is responsible for building a network of strong channel partners, strategic alliances, working with them towards growth for both iVend Retail Market and partner business. With over 11 years of experience, Shadi has previously worked with NCR Corporation and HP where he played an important role in developing geographies profitably.

Ali Aref

Channel Sales Manager

A highly experienced sales professional with diversified knowledge on the IT industry gathered through progressive experience of over 10 years in presales, sales, business development and management, all over the KSA region. Before joining CitiXsys as Channel Sales Manager for KSA & Egypt, Ali has done various assignments with Comsys Software & Movenpick Cairo Pyramids. Ali is responsible for recruiting new partners, developing the existing database and identifying new revenue generation opportunities in his region.

Ahmed Fouad

Consulting Manager

Solution sizing, scoping customer engagements and post sales management of professional services are some of the key aspects of Ahmed’s daily work at CitiXsys. As a consulting manager for Egypt and North Africa, Ahmed acts as a liaison for the channel partners for product training, pre-sale & post sales activities, project implementations and managing the enablement program including enforcing the certifications. With 11 years of experience, Ahmed has worked with Radisson, BBC worldwide, Comsys Software before joining CitiXsys.
